Position: Technical Writer Duration: 3 Month Contract Location: Waltham, MA They want someone who has written training manuals for cloud based environments. They have a lot of new software that has either been implemented, or is being implemented based on their commercial launch. They need a Tech Writer/Documentation person to come in and write a bunch of user manuals "how to" guides. It's all going to be focused on creating training materials for internal users on some of the new technology they are implementing. - How to use Okta - How to get the most out of Office 365 They will need to work with the business, find out what materials will be valuable, and create the "how to" type documentation. Then be able to upload everything into SharePoint. Ideally this person will have written training materials for Cloud based environments. Their applications will all be Cloud based (Okta, Office 365, Google for business, Lync/Skype for business, SharePoint, etc…) Any experienced in a pharma/biotech environment is a plus, but not necessary.
