Skill Set ::

·         70% Technical person on Charles River

·         Experience implementing Charles River development, ideally in a hosted environment and ideally at more than one firm Has to be a BA. 

·         Not a pseudo BA, ex developer

·         FIX is great, as is general trading/order management experience

·         Equity trading experience is required, fixed income is preferred
