Required VB and SQL Developer for Location Charlotte, NC

VB and SQL Developer
Charlotte, NC
12 - 18 months

 

For H1b candidate Need passport copy, please don't send me the profiles if you're not comfortable to share.

 

 

Development & Design :

• Analyze current system functionality and develop system requirements and/or system integration requirement

• Hands on experience with VB development

• SQL query and hands-on DB interactions

• Write Business/System interactions from VB to Access DB

• Assist with System design

• Attend pre construction/design  reviews

• Assist in documentation for Production Support

 

Testing & Delivery :

• Attend test case reviews for functional, user , performance and integration testing

• Test requirements in delivered product

• Identify risks and issues on project

• Identify decisions that need to be made on the project

• Help with Implementation and Release planning

 

Process & Tools:

• Be an Agile Champion on project

• Contribute to Agile meetings like Community of Practice, Scrum of Scrums, etc.

• Facilitate grooming and planning alongside Product Owner

• Facilitate and participate in project demos

• Assist in development of training and communication materials

• Assist in Production support tickets

• Contribute to best practices in Requirements and Design

• Contribute to best practices in tools used on the project

• Participate in discipline meetings and all project related meetings

 

Communication:

• Have 1:1 conversations to facilitate negotiation on problem resolution

• Communicate clearly and frequently with the team and all project stakeholders

• Mentor other analysts

• Lead/facilitate meetings

• Suggest ideas for process improvement

• Provide recommendations for project issues

• Lead/facilitate meetings

• Suggest ideas for process improvement

• Provide recommendations for project issues
