Title: Java Developer
Location: Reston, VA (Locals Only)
Duration: 6 Months
Looking for a developer with good problem solving skills to support a large web application in production. Candidates should have at least 5 years developing application software using JAVA, JEE, Spring, hibernate, and Oracle. Should have at least 3 years of working experience with application servers like TomCat, and JBOSS. Strong SQL development skill is a mandatory requirement.
- Troubleshoot complex production incidents; coordinate with business and technical teams to drive issues to resolution
- Diagnose production incidents to identify Root Cause Analysis and Impact Analysis
- Excellent analytical, communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Strong SQL development experience
- Working experience in JAVA & Spring framework
- Experience with ORM mapping tools like Hibernate
- Good understanding of DB design, DB normalization
- Expertise in tracking defects using tools like JIRA, and ALM
