Position:: Hadoop Developer

Location:: Sunnyvale, CA

Duration:: 12+ months

Rate:: $50/hr on C2C

 

Note: - VISA copy required for submission.

 

Mandatory skills sets: -

·         Hive, Spark SQL

 

Desired skill sets: -

·         Hadoop technologies, Python, Kafka.

 

Detailed JD for suitable profiles: -

·         Person should have worked in large node Clusters >100 node and previous DW experience

·         Worked in Hadoop Hive HQL for 2-3 years and other associated technologies in Hadoop

·         Hadoop 2.x is preferred

·         Spark SQL exp. for 1+ years. Must have hands-on experience

·         Experience handling large volume of Data and Semantic processes Hands-on experience with Spark SQL

·         Migration and optimisation of Hive queries to run with Spark engine on Hortonworks Data Platform

·         Overall experience with writing complex SQL queries to manipulate large data sets and gather analytics
