Mandatory Technical / Functional Skills	Experience in developing Power builder applications Experience in sybase DB Experience in Powerbuilder IDE Knowledge on PowerBuilder Library and objects Must work well with little direction/takes initiative Deep knowledge of the software development lifecycle and structured software development methodologies Ability to Code and deliver the tasks Ability to coordinate with Offshore and Clients Lead the development in achieving the project goals, mentoring Work with internal cross commit teams to accomplish project deliverables
