Technical Skills:-

Years of Experience > 4 years

Good in any of the data mining languages :  R, Python, SAS or SQL .

Good in predictive modelling using any of the scripting languages : python , Clojure or LISP

Good exposure to the BOT developer frameworks and tools (preferably good expose to at-least one of the frameworks).

Ability to quickly create API's to be consumed by other services. Should be able to data mine, predict and create actionable interfaces for control.
