JOB DESCRIPTION:-

Role Description

BASIS Admin for SAP ERP & SRM Landscape

 

Competencies 

SAP BASIS : Systems Management - ABAP Systems

Experience (Years)  6-8

 

 

Essential Skills 

•6+ years' experience installing and configuring SAP (ECC, SRM, EP, XI/PI, BI, SBOP, J2EE, MDM)

• Daily administration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and tuning of all SAP systems.

• Perform SAP software installation, upgrades, applying support packages, system copies/refreshes and installation add-on software components.

• Responding to and resolving infrastructure related incidents & problems.

• Works with OS & DB Administrators for optimal SAP Performance.

• Provide Support and Guidance to the other Project and Development teams during the build, test and productive operation of project implementation.

• Provides support for Disaster Recovery and DR test as required.

• Provide all aspects of technical support for SAP Basis Administration in a proactive and reactive mode to ensure that the systems perform within the terms of their respective service level agreements.

• Perform Early Watch analysis and apply recommendations.

• Participate in multi-landscape design solutions, architecture recommendations, and strategies for continuous improvement.

• Maintain multi-landscape environments through remote copies, system refreshes, and transport management monitoring.

• Provide daily support SAP ECC, SRM, Portal, MDM, PI, BW, SBOP, GRC End-Users with system and reporting problems.

• Perform Daily System Health Checks on all SAP systems and do general troubleshooting and diagnostics checks on technical aspects of the system.
