JOB DESCRIPTION:-

•          Drive the business requirements gathering/clarification phase of a project

•          Ensure clarity and articulation of business requirements

•          Business Requirement Document (BRD) creation, guidance and review

•          Ability to conduct business workshops with multiple stakeholders/ Global teams

•          Work with the technical team to translate business requirements for dashboards and reports into interactive mockups (using tools like Qlikview)

•          Bring in best practices, lessons learned from other similar projects to drive better requirements gathering

•          Key member of  the BA Project Team to connect to ADM and Business Teams during project initiation and definition phase.

•          Ability to lead a project if required

•          Ability to bring in domain expertise to drive proactive initiatives or POCs

•          Automotive/Manufacturing domain experience

•          Strong prior experience in requirements development and analysis, converting those to tangible requirements which could be approved by the Business Group.

•          Basic awareness of various reporting tools like Cognos, BO, and QlikView.

•          Ability to comprehend, understand and crystallize business requirements in challenging and unclear scenarios. 

•          Strong communication & presentation skills.

•          Strong analytical ability
