Qualification Requirements:
• A minimum of 5+ years experience working in SAS Development and programming
• Experience in report design and presentation
• Experience developing procedures that interface with SQL Server.
• Strong experience in various programming languages (i.e. SQL, Python, Visual Basic)
• Strong understanding or relational database concepts (Oracle, SQL Server )
• Proven work experience in an educational institution
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, for both technical and business audiences
Description:
•Develops and implements all phases of the Enrollment Reporting Process, including definition of requirements, analysis, design, testing, implementation, post-implementation support, data structure creation and program structures primarily using SAS and SQL in support of PKA and in accordance with CLIENT standards.
• Develop and Implement post Data Warehouse Data Quality matching process and maintenance of Child ID
• Develops and maintains data structures in the Reporting Data Mart in support of the Enrollment Pipeline and other PKA Reports.
• Develops ,maintains and implements inter-agency reports using various file transfer protocols
• Works with business and technical stakeholders to identify and gather requirements including the development of documents/materials for sponsors, stakeholders and technical staff.
• Designing and developing re-usable code/queries for extracting all SAS data into and out of flat files.
• Designing and developing re-usable code/queries for loading data to the SQL Database
