Job Description IT Recruiter :

 

• Managing end to end Recruitment that includes sourcing, screening, interview scheduling & coordination, negotiating compensation packages etc.
• Sourcing through multiple channels - Portals, References, Networking, Database, Google, LinkedIn etc.
• Must be willing to work in night shifts (CST Timings)
• Should be able to get a pool of candidates, do telephonic screening, and schedule the interview and follow-up.
• Client Interaction & Coordination as and when required.
• Cross verification of the individuals profile by interacting with candidates personally for Telecom Industries.
• Must have good negotiation & closing skills.

Job Description Account Manager:

 

• Must have worked with Large B$ clients, closing minimum of 100+ positions on the key account
• 7-15 yrs of experience in "US Recruitment" in either IT or Engineering field
• Must be willing to work in night shifts (EST or PST Timings)
• Must have Sound knowledge on IT and Technical concepts 
• Must have experience on placing all levels of technical candidates.
• Must have the ability to quickly learn systems, processes, and procedures. 
• Must have good negotiation & closing skills.
