- JOB ROLE:Business Analyst with Healthcare and Subject matter Expert
- LOCATION:Phoenix, AZ

Work closely with clients to analyze and review the requirements to ensure that they meet the stated and implied needs of the customer
Organize and facilitate sessions with Client's SMEs (Subject Matter Experts) to understand the business requirement
Interact with clients during solution development to provide demo of working build and solicit customer feedback
Manage, track and maintain the project requirements like use case tracker, scope, and traceability matrix for each requirement to other dependent requirements
Coordinate with development and QA (Quality Assurance) teams to ensure the quality of the solution (UI aesthetics)/defect-fix being developed
Required Skills:
Very strong oral, written communications skills and presentation skills - should be able to clearly, succinctly and persuasively articulate relevant points
Experience working in large scale outsourcing & offshore delivery models and working in an Agile delivery model.
Ability to quickly grasp client business processes and issues and ask pointed relevant questions
Ability to partner with senior level clients to manage engagements and meet deliverables
Strong experience in leading the planning, facilitating and delivering of client workshops /ASD's with 20 to 50 external and internal stakeholders members
Strong domain knowledge in injured workers compensation / healthcare insurance
Strong conceptual and analytical skills – demonstrated out-of-the-box problem solving skills
Ability to identify, elicit, synthesize/model and manage various business requirements from various stakeholders for a given project / charter / objective
Ability to understand of economic drivers, commercial aspects, financial imperatives and market place drivers for a given situation
Ability to lead streams of work and Business Analysts to capture and synthesize business requirements as required
Abi lity to lead teams of consultants to meet deliverables and achieve business results in a short timeframe (weeks and months – not years)
Ability to manage multiple time-sensitive priorities
Ability to work independently and proactively in a dynamic and ambiguous environment
Ability to work in a hands-on, entrepreneurial environment
Strong team player with a "do what it takes" attitude. Routinely demonstrate flexibility and being a capable multi-tasker
