• Bachelor's Degree or higher
• 5+ years' experience in PL/SQL Development
• 5+ years of experience in designing, developing, and testing applications utilizing PL/SQL and/or Oracle (10g, 11g, or 12g)
• 2+ years' experience incorporating WCAG 2.0 into projects
