Rate : $45/hr on c2c
Interview Mode : Telephonic + Skype
Must be very good in DNS
Education and Training
- Bachelor's degree is highly preferred. Equivalent or strong experience in this field is acceptable.
Required Skills
- 5 years' experience in network engineering and support for DNS, DHCP and IPAM
- IP Schema planning experience
- Significant competence in fundamental DNS concepts such as Forwarding, Recursion, Caching, and Delegation.
- Significant experience in troubleshooting DNS issues.
- Experience with DNS security technologies including DNSSec and DNS Firewalls
- Experience with complex DNS data migrations including consolidating overlapping reverse lookup zone files
- Experience with InfoBlox (DHCP, DNS and IPAM), F5, and Windows DHCP and DNS. Experience with WINS and Active Directory a bonus
- Extensive knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, SNMP, FTP, syslog, TFTP, etc.)
- Experience with complex DHCP migrations from one platform to a different platform
- Experience in monitoring address utilization to manage capacity of IP Address space
Desired Skills
- Experience in PERL, Shell Scripting a plus
