Our client is looking for a candidate with strong SQL experience to help work on three separate projects.
Exit Survey
· Develop, Test and Implement an Aurora Public Schools Exit Survey for employee separation using APEX (Oracle's Application Express tool)
· Combine the request for resignation/retirement with exit survey questions.
· Query the current position, location, etc. from Oracle eBusiness tables using PL/SQL (Oracle specific SQL)
· Provide feedback questions with response options; free form, radio button, checkbox, etc.
· Store results
· Provide summarizing and reporting functionality for district leadership
End User HR Data Tools
· Develop, Test and Implement End User HR Data Tools using APEX (Oracle's Application Express tool)
· Interactive reporting functions on Oracle eBusiness tables
· Deploy specific tools by need (Examples: licensure expiration data for Instruction, retention data for district leadership, salary data for negotiation scenarios)
AppliTrack Implementation
· This Web service from Frontline Technologies is currently used for posting jobs and accepting applications for employment.
· It also has form and workflow functionality we are using for internal onboarding process and documentation.
· We want to expand to use interview scheduling and online reference functions.
· This would involve working in the administrative tool provided by AppliTrack. Familiarity with databases and web front ends would be useful.
