Role: CRM Dynamics

Job Requirements:

 

·         Bachelor's degree in Computer Science; Business Systems; degree in related field or have a minimum of 4 years equivalent work experience, training and certifications

·         MSCRM certification for CRM 2011 and above desired.

·         Build/design custom solutions such as plug-ins, javascript, .NET solutions and/or reporting solutions

·         Knowledge and demonstrated technical proficiency in Microsoft Technologies like Windows Server, IIS, and SQL Server 2008/2012, SSRS Reporting.

·         Experience with upgrading from CRM 2011 to CRM 2013 is highly desirable.

·         Proficient skills in supporting and developing in Dynamics CRM 2011 and 2013.

·         Must be able to work in a high customized CRM environment.

·         Must be proficient in developing custom plugins and workflows.

·         Solid understanding of client/server, networking, and Internet technologies fundamentals.

·         Demonstrated history of meeting deadlines and reliably maintaining systems.

·         Ability to code in C# and .NET Framework 2.0 and above, Visual Studios, and TFS.

·         Experience with IIS, AJAX, REST/SOAP, JSON, HTML, and XML.

·         Knowledge of DNS, SharePoint and Active Directory as it relates to successful implementations of Dynamics CRM.

·         Knowledge of Scribe CRM Data Integration/Migration Tool.

·         Excellent organization, project management, and time management skills are necessary.

·         Strong customer service skills and the ability to be creative and proactive in developing/delivering solutions.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, relationship building, customer service, and teamwork skills; demonstrate sound judgment; and ability to adapt communication skills to all audiences
