Organizational Change Management Coordinator
Location: Pittsburgh, PA
Duration:6+ months
Organizational change: Drive organizational adoption of new technologies and processes, using PNC's documented change management methodology
Stakeholder engagement: Identify stakeholders
Impact Assessment: Using the stakeholder information, create a detailed Impact Assessment to identify employees impacted, their current state of working and future state. This will provide insight to the Communications Strategy
Communications strategy and plan:
- Create strategic internal and external communications to drive adoption of new technology
- Work with project stakeholders and subject matter experts to create a communications strategy, plan and collateral to drive adoption of the initiative
- Developed communications including online communities, executive emails, and newsletter articles.
- Partner with the project leadership and PNC Learning organization in determining the level of learning to be applied (no actual training is expected by the candidate)
