For H1, Visa copy is mandatory

 

Must Have:

Strong SAS experience

Strong analytical ability - will be acting in analyst and developer role; heavier focus on developing

Demonstrated ability to deliver in a rapid fashion

 

Plusses:

Access Experience

Financial Industry Experience

Sales Force or nCino Experience

Bachelors Degree

 

Day to Day:

 

Analysis, design, development, testing and deployment of report remediation efforts; could also be involved in the replatforming effort from antiquated technologies to more appropriate technologies such as SAS or QlikView; Will be expected to work with the BIO delivery team and business partners to define and deliver end products

 

Screening Questions:

1- Provide examples of projects where you have had to complete analysis, define the end result, then build and deliver the end result; 

2-Demonstrate your experience in working within teams and directly with business partners to deliver results in a short time frame 

3-Describe projects you have worked where the expected outcomes were being defined as strategic decisions where being made at the same time.

4-Describe large initiatives that you have been involved with in your past, what your role was and what the outcomes were.
