MOI::Telephonic Followed by skype EAD,GC,and USC only FDC BUSINESS ANALYST FINANCIAL SERVICES We are looking for an experienced SFDC Senior Business Analyst who has participated in 2+ implementations/conversions to the SFDC platform within a financial services organization. The Team This is a high profile team with significant exposure to all levels of management within the business and technical teams of this large asset management firm. The Business Analyst be a point of contact for the business leaders and users across this global organization. What is the opportunity? The SFDC Business Analyst is responsible for working with other BA's, Project Managers, Developers and the user community to ensure a smooth transition from the current CRM platform (Pivotal) to SFDC. The SFDC Business Analyst will analyze, define and prioritize the business requirements for this conversion, ensuring all critical processes and data are appropriately converted and/or that new processes have been vetted and implemented to ensure no loss of functionality. He/she would also be responsible for handling some Salesforce.com configuration. What are we looking for? - An ability toparticipate in the analysis of client requirements, manage project progress, manage issues and risks, identify potential roadblocks and be accountable for keeping projects on track from the business end.
- Possess strong communication and presentation skills with experience in elicitation techniques, including formal workshop facilitation with senior stakeholders.
- An ability to develop detailed requirements documentation for the technical team to then build the customized application.
- Capability to work across multiple global internal business and technology groups and assist and/or lead the initiative (depending on the scope) from the initial planning and scope definition through to requirements documentation, testing, training, implementation and on-going support.
- Willingness to collaborate with the technical architects, developers and project manager throughout the process.
- Strong relationship and interpersonal skills, in order to build and manage successful working relationships with professional staff (approximately 100 - 150 users; note, there are over 550 users on this platform).
- Awareness of the group's evolving business needs and ensure that the Salesforce.com functionality supports these.
- Ability to problem-solve and to prioritize numerous initiatives.
- Capability to perform these functions on medium-scale projects with minimal guidance.
Qualifications: Successful candidates will likely possess the following (or equivalent qualifiers): - Bachelor of Science Finance/Computer preferred.
- Participated as a BA in 2+ successful implementations of SFDC in a financial services organization.
- Understanding of and experience in mapping and moving of data from another CRM systems into SFDC.
- Customer relationship management background preferred.
- Certified Salesforce.com Administrator a plus.
- Sales and Account management background is a plus.
