Job Title: Data Analyst

Location: Newark, NJ

Duration: 12 month contract

Must Have US Citizen GC Holder and H1B

We are looking for a Data Analyst. The Data Analyst will be highly analytical, technically superior, detail oriented and possess a keen appetite for all things data. You will be working directly with business partners on critical business projects. You will analyze the existing and prospective customer base, research the latest industry trends and solve critical problems. You will demonstrate excellence in project management, business judgment and analytics. You will understand Audible's entire customer and product portfolio and communicate key "state of the business metrics". At Audible, you are expected to bring fresh ideas that will help engage and grow our customer base.

Key Accountabilities:

Own the data management of all customer related data including data integrity and availability.

Develop and maintain all customer focused standardized reporting from requirements gathering to dashboard creation.

Support the analytics team to drive new understanding of customer behaviors by cleaning, staging and analyzing customer and traffic data.

Service requests for ad hoc campaign analysis, population sizing and data pulls.

Focus on optimizing and improving data processes through automation and new technology.

Liaison with the acquisition, product and finance teams to improve knowledge sharing around data and reporting.

Effectively communicate with various business owners and teams and escalate technical issues when appropriate.

Partner with the database team to improve data quality, data availability and data integration with new and existing systems.

Basic Skills & Abilities:

Highly proficient with both SQL and Excel

Comfortable with large datasets and database management systems

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work comfortably and professionally in a dynamic and collaborative environment

Strong organizational and time management skills, ability to address issues from multiple perspectives, prioritize multiple assignments, and meet all deadlines with minimal supervision and strong attention to detail

At least 5 years in analytics or business intelligence. Experience in eCommerce or subscription space a plus.
