SKILLS:

SFDC Developer experience

Hands-On experience in designing and implementing applications on Force.com

Development using standard Salesforce and Force.com platform (Apex, Triggers, Workflow rules, VF pages, VF Controllers), Sales and Service Cloud including customer and partner portal development.

Force.com Migration Tool, Web Services/SOA, & Metadata APIs

Strong web development skills including JSON,XML, HTML, CSS, JavaScript Scripting Languages, DHTML, SOAP and AJAX

Experience with  projects using Agile/SCRUM methodology and be in a position to lead the team using Agile/SCRUM approach

Experienced in handling multi country rollouts and managed multiple instances of Salesforce.com 

Experience with applying best practices on force.com and VF platforms.
