L1 Analyst with Prod. Support/Ops
Jacksonville, FL
6+ Months

Must have skills:

NOC: alert monitoring, L1.5 incident resolution, should have knowledge on windows any of the monitoring tools

 

·        Need to have excellent communication skills, demonstrate problem solving and critical thinking skills.

·        Monitoring Servers and Network devices on HP Open View.

·        Basic understanding on Windows and UNIX systems and solve L1 level problems.

·        Excellent understanding of Incident, Change and Problem management.

·        Monitoring and escalating Data Centre environment on HP Open View.

·        Monitoring, troubleshooting and escalating Server OS parameters and Application alerts on HP Open View.

·        Monitoring and escalating Backup job failures on HP Open View.

·        Monitoring and Reporting Network devices on the NNM Console.

·        Incident management and co-ordination with various support groups

·        Willing to work in 24*7 environments.

·        Good Communication Skill
