Job Description:
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Developer Role
- Extract all rules from Java systems as part of the rules extraction project
- Design and development of components
- Responsible for collaboration between technical SMEs and the offsite counterparts,
- Coordination with technical leads & SMEs,
- Guiding the other team members
- Offshore coordination
Code deployment & quality assurance
Technical/Functional skills:
- Strong Core Java
- SQL & Stored procedures
- Shell scripts
Generic Managerial Skills:
- Willingness to work in a collaborative team environment
- Experience in sharing the knowledge, lessons learnt & best practices with the team
- Ability to mentor & groom any junior members in the team
- Take up challenges & willingness to work in grey
- Going above & beyond responsibilities to make TCS organization & customer successful
Follow TCS hierarchy as structured
Experience Required:
- Experience in projects in Java/J2EE platform
- Experience in writing PL/SQLs and Stored Procedures
- Experience in shell scripts
- Understanding of agile methodologies
Retirement Plans Business domain knowledge
Relevant Experience: 7 years
