Position Description
· To obtain a resource to lead a team of developers to design, create, construct, maintain, update and test web sites for medc/wda, dtmb/cs/lara-medc. this resource must be fluent in mobile development, responsive design and must thoroughly understand hardware and software requirements and security for application development projects.
· They must also be able to work with the state of Michigan internal processes, policies and procedures as outlined by the state of michigan.
· This resource must also be able to provide system documentation to assist in maintenance and transfer of knowledge, system documentation is required and resources will also be required to utilize dtmb's sem process along with the wda standards.
· This resource must be able to work with numerous teams in the different organizations within dtmb and also work directly with executive level clientele

working knowledge of : Microsoft development tool set SQL server Oracle .net html, web mobile platform responsive design entity framework system architecture data base concepts

Experience Required 10+ years of it development and project experience. exposure to the state of michigan work environment, state it policy, standards and procedures.
