Position:: Network Platform Lead

Location:: Minneapolis, MN

Duration:: 12+ months

 

Skills required :-

 

·         Responsible for all IT infra projects (Network/Voice/UCC) solution and implementation.

·         Must have strong leadership skills as their work entails managing technical staff, assigning and organizing tasks, and overseeing implementation and solutions of projects. Management skills and experience are essential because the job also entails recruiting new staff and outlining budgets.

·         They must be able to create an efficient work environment, one conducive to teamwork and collaboration, and encourage good communication between employees and management.

·         Creative skills are a very strong asset often must come up with new IT solutions to address any problems that arise, or to improve the efficiency of an organization's IT infrastructure.

·         Project management experience is a requirement, as is experience working with Local Area Networks (LANs) and Wide Area Networks (WANs) and Voice projects

·         Must have an excellent knowledge of all aspects of IT, and an in-depth understanding of Microsoft operating systems and Office applications, AIX, Linux, and Cisco.

·         must have at least a bachelor's degree in a relevant subject, and 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience.

·         8-10 years of IT and business/industry work experience

·         2-3 years of experience in Solution design

·         1-2 years of equivalent leadership experience
