Position: Android Developer

Location: Torrance, CA

Duration: 6+ Months

Job Description:

Our team is looking for an Android Developer who possesses a passion forpushing  mobile technologies to the limits and is capable to work andcollaborate with different   teams    to design and build the nextgeneration telematics enabled mobile applications for a leading CarManufacturer in North America.

Responsibilities:

• Design and build advanced applications for the Android platformCollaboratewith cross-functional teams to define, design and deliver the app.Work withdata sources and APIs
  
• Unit-test code for robustness, usability, and general reliability.
  
• Work on bug fixing and improving application performance.Well versed ondocumenting design aspects.
  
• Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximizedevelopment efficiency.
  

Working experience on Version control systems like VCS, SVN, GitGood to haveexperience and know-how about build tools, its integration with IDEs (Eclipseand Android Studio)Good to have experience and know-how Application signing andpublishing to Google Play Store

Skill and Experience Details:

Minimum Experience Required: 3-5 YEARS Mandatory Skills: Android App Dev for Embedded Devices, iOS Mobile UI Development, VC++, E-Mobility, BREW - Binary Runtime environment for Wireless, Java-J2EE, J2ME, .NET, Apple Swift Desirable Skills: Language Skills: English Language
