Role : Automation Tester
Location : Menomonee Falls, WI
Duration : Longterm
Experience Needed: 5+
Description :
1. Should have worked as the Agile Test Automation Engineering Lead in partnership with program/project managers,
business analysts, developers, testers, and product owners to ensure that all testing activities occur in a timely fashion and to the level of quality demanded by the business.
2. Ability to work in a "Hands-on" team environment where creative solutions for automated test strategy.
3. Utilizing Selenium Webdriver, Jmeter , and Java to automate manual Test processes for smoke and regression automation testing
4. Writing automation process classes and methods from scratch (utilizing Java JUnit etc)
5. Strong experience designing and developing test plans, scripts and tools
6. Strong experience with use of Automated test tools (eg: JUnit, Jmeter ,Selenium)
7. Knowledge of distributed API based Testing.
8. Exposure to open source implementation in Continuous Integration Environments is a Plus.
9. Prior experience with Java programming language is a must.
10. Ability to Mentor and guide a team.
