Position:: Oracle DBA

Location:: Woonsocket, RI

Duration:: 1+ year

 

Note:- VISA copy required at the time of submission.

 

Essential Job Functions :-

 

1) Hands-on experience on Installing & troubleshooting multi node RAC cluster with 11GR2 ( precisely 11.2.0.4) is must.

2) Candidate should have experience on upgrade & patching the RAC DB - Rolling upgrade is must.

3) In-depth theoretical knowledge on RAC architecture for example Gpnp profile, OLR, OCR ,Voting disk , how to backup & restore OLR, OCR & voting disk e.t.c.

4) Hands-on experience with of Oracle Data Guard replication setup , maintenance and troubleshooting for high Availability.

5) How to migrate the database from one platform to another ( for example Solaris to AIX), from Non RAC to RAC and non ASM to ASM..
