Detailed job description Skill Set including years of experience | Job Description and Required Skills: · Minimum 4 years' experience in information technology. · Good experience working with business personnel (non – technical) in gathering business requirements, goals, removing ambiguity and translating these into system/technical requirements for an IT system. · Very good analytical skills – especially when it comes to determining the consequences of requirements on system design. · Should know about the difference between functional and non – functional requirements (NFRs) and how to gather these (especially on how to gather NFRs). · Financial Institution work experience, required · Salesforce experience, REQUIRED · Use Cases and System Requirements creation experience, required · Wireframe/Prototype Screen Mockup experience, required · Business Process flows/Visio, required · No significant vacation/time away from work within the next 6 months, required · Online Banking experience, preferred · WebCSR experience, preferred · CaliberRM experience, preferred · Open Span, preferred |
