- Build new REST APIs / consume SOAP APIs

- SQL script for querying database

- Linux/shell script

- Web portal development

- Logging/reporting

- Firewall/ACL knowledge

- Load balancing

- Cloud environment

- Preferable understanding of SIPp, SIP/RTP knowledge
