Location: Hitech City, Hyderabad
Duration/Job Type: Full Time
The experience criteria are as follows:
* Excellent Communication Skills (Verbal & Written)
* Should have extensive experience in US IT Recruitments.
* Experience of interviewing US candidates and providing staffing services to client.
* Should be able to handle Contract, Contract to hire and Permanent positions
* 2 - 5 years' experience in US Recruiting
* Experience with complete recruitment life cycle
* Ability to understand the technical requirements and quickly submit the profiles in time.
* Experience using job portals i.e. Monster, Dice, Corp - Corp etc
* Responsible for maintaining and communicating candidate follow-up and status update on a regular basis.
* coordinate Client interviews and work with Account Managers to close the deals.
Benefits:
* Salary is based upon your experience.
* More than 10% Yearly Salary hike , depends on Performance.
