SOA Architect in Cincinnati, Ohio

 

 

 

Position: SOA Architect

 

Location:  Cincinnati, Ohio

Duration 6 months+

 

 

Client Rules:  Candidates MUST have worked on an Enterprise Level from a Large Software Company, Lots of Data, Candidates most recent contract must be at least 1 year, Candidates must have at least 8 years IT experience.

 

We have an opening for an SOA architect.  This will be an extremely influential position, with considerable impact over the entire architecture of the company's flagship product under development for the next five years.

 

This is a very high level Service Oriented Architect who has designed web services and SOA in software product development environment.   They have key decision making responsibility for items like multi-tenancy, API, and architecture granulation that you simply don't acquire if you don't work for a product company.  Multiple years of experience are necessary.  If they do this exact work for a comparable company now, they have enough experience.  A data intensive/data analytics environment is a big plus if possible.  Retail is not a requirement.

 

Technology infrastructure is open, but they are a native Microsoft shop, so Microsoft SOA experience trumps non-microsoft, but I would not turn a candidate away because they don't have Microsoft if they had the right role previously.
