Summary
The SAP SeniorAnalyst is responsible for supporting the Order to Cash(OTC) business process. This includes the support business projects through design and implementation of Order to Cashbusiness solutions in SAP, and supporting the ongoing business operations. Further to the primary support duties the person will support SAP upgrades, interfaces to other customer core business systems, interfaces to external systems, and help to define and support IT processes.
Essential Functions
· Work closely with business members of OTC business functions (Sales,Customer Service, Deployment, Finance) to facilitate effective solution implementations and provide knowledge transfer of system functionality to Super Users, Subject Matter Experts and end users.
· Analyze business process gaps and identify solution alternatives and guidance to business and IT stakeholders for selecting the best solutions for close the gaps.
· Work closely with ABAP developers to define programming requirements and test programming solutions.
· Support implementation of EDI trading partners, supporting testing and IDOC enhancement requirements.
· Provide production support for SAP SD and integration pointswith FI/CO, MM, QM, and PP modules. Support SAP interfaces to other core customer business applications.
· Provide functional support for master data governance, and master data troubleshooting.
· Work closely with end users to prioritize and manager completion of support tickets. Track and report SD support metrics.
· Manage projects assigned through the full project lifecycle including managing and coordinating the work of consultants when necessary.
· Proactively participate in the integration between related SAP functions with other IT Business Analysts.
· Strong ability to lead discussions with the business to analyze, configure and model processes in SAP.
· Modify, test and validate system configuration. Prepare detailed functional specifications for development activities including reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and forms.
· Build and execute unit testing, integration and regression testing (build test cases, perform tests, and make changes to configuration or processes based on results).
· Facilitate knowledge transfer, communication and interaction between various functional organizations and the Information Technology department.
· Document and control all changes made to productions systems via change control process.

· Good presentation skills to articulate ideas, options and solutions to business and IT team
· Demonstrated ability to work in (virtual) teams to provide support and business solutions
· Strong presentation skills with experience conducting workshops to facilitate continuous improvement in the implemented design and training.
Other Requirements
· Some off shift work will be necessary to support project implementation, application changes and/or conversions that are required to be done during hours that do impact normal business operation. Typically these are scheduled at night and/or weekends.
· Travel: up to 25% - varies based on project requirements
Education and Experience
· Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree
· 7+ years of experience in the SD module with development and support of business application systems including analysis, functional and technical design testing.
· Experience with SAP shipping transactions, handling unit assignments and interfaces to external logistics systems for warehouse management and transportation management.
· Exposure to Trade Promotion Management, Warehouse Mgt and Demand Planning applications desired.
· Two or more full project life cycle SAP implementations including blueprinting, configuration, testing, training and post implementation support.
· Understanding and use of SDLC methodology good practice.
· Experience with business case development, project planning and estimation is a must.
· Strong Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills are required.
· Experience in Solution Manager is a plus.
· Experience using ARIS is a plus.
· Cross-functional business experience is a must.
· Experience integrating BW a plus.
· Experience working for a Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) company.
