Pega Developers Overview:
SPECIFIC EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
Healthcare Experience; Oracle Integration; Pega CSSA required; Must have experience in BRE, only UI experience insufficient.
Summary:
Responsible for coordinating teams to implement and support Pega Systems (Business Process Management software solution) development, design, and analysis initiatives using Pega standards and methodology.
Major Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Primary duties may include, but are not limited to: Develops IT architecture strategies for complex application infrastructures. Designs configuration management procedures applicable to the PEGA system environment. Provides technical recommendations based on knowledge of current and evolving application architecture trends to include infrastructure, software, database, networks and their interdependencies. Leads design and implementation of coding standards and best practices across the spectrum of Pega. Leads Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) development methods. Identifies and addresses critical technical success factors for enterprise-wide projects.
Education/Experience/Skills Required:
Requires a BA/BS; 7 years of experience is a related field; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
