Required Skills:

Develop Functional and Technical Requirements

Interview subject matter experts

Working directly with business users

Ability to develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures including test/use cases *

Data flow diagramming

Participate in design reviews

Standardized process and procedures development

Documenting business processes

Requirements analysis

 

Preferred Skills:

Business Process Improvement

Change management

Ability to navigate and query a relational database (Oracle) to both develop reports

Data analysis

Data Warehouse - Experience in requirements gathering for data warehouse

Knowledge of Kimball data warehouse design principals

SQL
