Strong Spring Integration project experience. Spring Integration is a specific set of libraries from Springsource

Spring Framework

Spring MVC

ETL/Spring Batch

JEE

Hibernate and JPA

REST Web services

Messaging/JMS/Spring Integration

Experience writing technical design documents 

App tier, mid tier and database tier experience 

SQL 2014 integration

Tomcat experience, or even better tc Server

Maven and Jenkins experience

Additional desired experience 

Big data technologies and integration – Hadoop, Greenplum…

PaaS, Pivotal Cloud Foundry

AngularJS

Oracle 11g

EXT-JS

Experience with Install Base, Service Support model, Service Ticket generation and queue routing
