·         Expertise in QTP based Automation Framework Design and development,

·         Able to perform test automation Assessments and tools evaluation

·         Strong desire of product quality and the ability to coordinate with multiple teams to achieve results,

·         Strong technical leadership presence, Collaborative skills, Ability to work effectively with remote teams,

·         Provides Technical Leadership and Strategic Direction to the Test Automation projects

·         Is responsible for Test Automation Strategy formulation

·         Ensures the overall Quality of Test Automation deliverables across all parameters
