We are still looking for right profile for this existing top priority/critical requirement, so please source more right resource should be in a position to create a build definition in TFS using MS build templates, develop installation scripts from build output for IIS, Windows Service, Azure services, etc. using PowerShell  which haven't been shared yet to close this requirement at the earliest.
