Job Description:  Senior Software Developer (Big data; Spark; Scala)

 

•             Minimum 6 years of experience in software development, preferably on Telecom domain.

•             Minimum 3 years of  experience with open source and Big Data Technologies,

•             Hands on  experiences on Hadoop, Spark, Scala

•             Proven experience on Java, and using SQL with any open source RDBMS.

•             Experiences with unstructured data

•             Good understanding on real-time streaming and clustered distributed database management systems.

•             Excellent Problem Solving and Communication Skills

•             Prior experiences in working agile projects.

 

 

Role & Responsibilities

 

•             Design and develop software capable of large data set for real-time streaming.

•             Design and develop APIs to provide data to other applications.

•             Provide foresights when planning agile sprints.

•             Meet deliverables with assigned timelines and Quality standards.

•             Writing code and perform design reviews and code review for other developer's work.

 

Location:  Charlotte, North Carolina, US
