Duration:: Long term contract

 

Description::

Experience professional with experience of doing work in all phases of SDLC in Telecom domain both internal to Tech Mahindra and the customer's teams especially.

·         Bachelor's degree and minimum 6 years related work experience

·         Minimum 1 year experience with Pega Next Best Action adaptive modeling

·         Minimum 1 year experience with Advanced Decision Strategy Manager and Pega Marketing design and implementation knowledge, Pega System and data architecture design and modeling expertise- including understanding of Pega performance leading practices, tools, and measures

·         Minimum 3 year data simulation and analysis

·         5+  years reporting and data analysis experience

·         5+ years of experience in the research and/or development of analytical decision support solutions

·         5+ years of experience working with R, Java, Python, SAS, SPSS or other predictive modeling tools

·         5+ years of experience in advanced math and statistics Preferred Qualifications

·         3 years of experience working with Hadoop, a NoSQL Database or other big data infrastructure

 

Additional Information

·         Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) are needed

·         Responsible for status reporting (daily, weekly, monthly) and project governance

·         Fully understands and interprets predictive analytics techniques and inductive statistical analysis to predict outcomes and behaviours.

·         Interacts with business partners to identify questions for data analysis and experiments. Identifies meaningful insights from large data and metadata sources; interprets and communicates insights and findings from analysis and experiments to business partners.

·         Next Best Action will be the key focus of this Adaptive Modeling Specialist position. Responsible for monitoring and reporting on the performance of treatment models within Next Best Action (NBA). Will be creating new models, evaluating variables to modify existing models, and running model simulations. Will require creative thinking and consulting with the business to understand key data sources to use in treatment modeling. Works closely with current predictive modeling tools and resources to incorporate into NBA. Analyze, import, and tune decision strategies from sources such as SAS. Performance tuning, production support and application support.

 

Qualifications and Education Requirements

·         Minimum Bachelor's degree but Master's Degree or PhD in Math, Statistics or related field is preferred.

·         Preferred Skills

·         May lead the design and development of processes and systems to analyze high volume, diverse "big data" sources using advanced mathematical, statistical, querying, and reporting methods.

·         May be considered an expert in current and emerging technologies to create machine intelligence models. The successful candidate must stay current to the state of the art by reading, understanding, and applying the ideas, techniques, algorithms, and results expressed in recently-published articles and papers.
