Technical/Functional Skills	·         Experience of 5+ years in Callidus product ·         Experience in Compensation Management using Callidus TrueComp or CallidusCloud to provide compensation solutions for the clients ·         Experience in business process definition, requirements definition and technology solution research ·         Strong skills in creating compensation plans and rules to calculate commissions, incentives and bonuses ·         Experience in creating requirements for various commission reports for business users to understand the payments of the agents ·         Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience Required	Yes, More than Five years
Roles & Responsibilities	Participate in Design and Development Lead in requirement analysis and validation Participate in functional and non-functional testing
Generic Managerial Skills	Co-ordination
Education	Minimum Bachelor' degree
