Job Title           :      Business analyst/Data analyst must Mortgage

Job Location    :      Herndon Virginia/ Reston Virginia

Job Duration    :      12 Months Contract with possible extension

 

Visa: Green card and US citizens

 

Job Description:

 

Responsibilities/Duties

 

·         Responsible for supporting the delivery of data within timelines required to meet the needs of consumers.

·         5 – 7 plus years of experience

·         Data Analyst with SQL skills. Some basic Business Analysis skills is also required

·         Business Analysis experience

·         Data operations / analyst experience

·         Ability to write basic SQL queries

·         Exposure to Mortgage backed securities data will be a plus

·         Perform reviews of data loads into FDW and ADW, identifying and resolving any differences and identifying and documenting new types of reconciling items. (Mid-level Analyst will handle more non-routine production problems.  Junior level – more routine issues.)

·         Update procedures to ensure that they are current and meet business requirements.

·         Ensure that required documentation is created, reviewed, and available. (such as evidence of production reviews, SOX flows, procedures, etc.)
