•       Location: Newport Beach, CA

•       Duration: 6+ months

•       Job description:

–      Senior engineer for WCDMA modem is going to be responsible Design and develop RF data path for 3G system.

–      Working very closely with ASIC engineer to come up with the data path driver.

–      Need to debug in embedded programming environment.

–       Needs to be able test with ADI chipset with JESD/CRPI interface to debug the timing of the RF interface. 

–      System design of WCDMA RF interface in baseband side is also required  to specify the behavior of the data path.

•       Job requirement:

–      Strong back ground in wireless communications in theory and hands on implementation.

–      System design specification experience for 3G/4G system is a must.

–      C/C++ Modelling experience

–      RF  driver development in WCDMA base station

–      Hands on experience on test vector generation, ASIC verification.

–      Working with multiple teams including system team, SW team and VLSI team to complete the system integration.
