I have an urgent requirement with one of my clients, details given below.

Job Title	Business Analyst
Project Location	Washington, DC
Duration	3 months /Contract

 
Skills Required and Job Description:

MOI- Telephone+ Face to Face Requirement::   Experience and knowledge of accounting and budget administration principles and practices -budget formulation, execution, reporting, & reconciliation   Advanced Excel skills, to include the use of financial, data and ratio analysis, advanced Excel functions (i.e. pivot tables, complex functions   Experience with handling a range of financial analysis, accounting reconciliation, and data management   Experience with gathering and documenting project requirements and processes(Highly Desired) / 3 years   Experience with municipal/state budget and financial data management(Highly Desired) / 4 years   Bachelor degree (Accounting, Finance or other related fields preferred)   Experience with Microsoft Office Suite such as Excel, Word, Presentation and Project /4 years   Experience in working in fast paced and multi-tasking technical environment(Highly Desired) / 4 years   Experience with audit or compliance oversight function(Highly Desired) / 2 years   Experience in performing User Acceptance Testing on any application or dashboards(Highly Desired) / 1 years
