•        Business and Person Account

•        Cycle Plan

•        Rep Roster

•        Time Off Territory

•        Survey

•        Medical Forms

2. Pharmaceutical/Life Science Domain experience

3. Salesforce Customization

•        User Management (including Role/Profile/Security)

•        Territory management

•        Product management

•        Page-Layout design and updates

•        Salesforce Object and fields

•        Reports

4. Apex Data loader

·         Query syntax

·         Data load parameters

 

Good to have:

•        Veeva Certification

•        SDFC Certification

•        Salesforce Apex/Visual Force development experience

•        Veeva Implementation
