Should be able to start the project from a Business Case, draw up BRD, then FRD

Domain:  Operational Risk, Application/ Technology Resiliency (this is necessary – the person should understand what is a data Center, how disaster recovery is done?, failover,  web server, DB server, networks, switches etc.)
