Job Title :  Web Developer          
Location : Charlotte, NC
Duration: 10-12+ Months Contract

 

Description:
Front end developer will be responsible to develop front end pages using HTML5, CSS3 and using AJAX, JQuery concepts. Wireframes will be to the developers and the developer is expected to apply convert those wirerrames into front end usable pages. Work under the direction of client managers and proactively apply Wreb 2.0 techniques to enhance the pages. Work with dependent teams, offshore teams and ability to work in pure Agile mode

 

Java front end skills required.
-JavaScript
Good amount of knowledge of core JS (without jQuery) and things such as patterns, notation, performance.
Very good knowledge of jQuery
Very good knowledge of a client side MVC framework (Backbone, Angular, Knockout)
Good knowledge of client side templating (Mustache, Handlebars, Dust, Underscore)

 

- HTML5
Understand semantic web (along with new tags)
Usage of local and session storage
Usage of caching

 

- CSS
General understanding of the new features available in CSS3
