Java Technical Lead needed in NYC Temp to perm.

 US Citizens and Greencard holders will be considered.  No H1B's at this time.   
The #JavaLead technical lead should be able to to lead a technical team of 5-10 people.  
The person should have at least 10 years of Java development.  
Have extensive experience in building J2EE #Java web applications for an Insurance vertical.  
Should have extensive skills in database and application design.  
Have been a developer for at least 3 years.  
Good verbal and written communication skills is also required.
 Knowledge of #IBM #Websphere and IBM #Portal is a plus.
