Job Description

 

Experience : 1  – 5 Years

 

Requirement :

 

Ø  The Recruiter should have experience in Recruiting IT professionals for(in) Various Domain.

Ø  Experience in working on Oracle Applications requirement is a plus.

Ø  Must have experience in VMS/ MSP / Direct client based US Recruiting

Ø  Must be proactive in Creating database for W2 based candidates for the respective domain

Ø  Should have traditional and Out of Box Recruiting Strategies to close positions as per Client need

Ø  Should have good understanding of both domain based and technology based recruiting.

 

 

Other Skills:

Ø  Good Oral and Written communication.

Ø  Very results oriented - determining strategy and delivering on time.

Ø  Good Leadership skills & the ability to work independently. Must be a team player, and work well with others.

 

 

Note : Dinner & Transport facility is available along with Lucrative incentives.
