Position Title : Test Engineer
Location: San Ramon, CA
Duration: 15 Months +

Required Skill sets :

• Managed the system Integration and user testing for the applications, and Coordinates remediation activities.
• Ensure that system meets business requirements.
• Creates and maintain functional, Integration Test Scenarios.
• Creates and maintain test cases, define Data, and create test scripts.
• Has the ability to transform customer requirements into a workable test scenarios at the functional and/or technical level.
• Develop automated solutions to expedit test.
• Execute script for automated regression or performance test.
• Keep the QA coordinator aware of challenges or cost that could impact the test delivery.
• Verifies the validity of a solution from an end to end and end user prospective.
• Works with management team to identify risk related to requirements that may contain ambiguous statements.
• Record defects and issues in accordance with the project’s defect and issue management plans.

Education & Experience :

• Education and experience equally evaluated for relevance.
• 4 + yrs Testing experience.
• 3 yrs ALM experience.
• 3 + yrs QTP.

Preferred Skills :

• Load Runner Experience preferred.
• HRIS Application is a plus.
